RATE RULES, DEPOSITS & CANCELLATION POLICY

· Your reservation is guaranteed for late arrival

· Please contact us should you need to cancel your reservation

· Cancellations are required prior to the deposit schedule stated above to avoid loss of deposit.

· Pre-paid rates are non-refundable and non-cancellable, reservation will be charged upon booking completion.

DEPOSITS

Within 3 days prior to arrival a deposit for the full amount of your stay will be processed.

Upon arrival, a security deposit on the amount of $250 will be held on your credit card. For debit card payment, the security deposit held will be $400.
